Once you’ve made the commitment to work with me, we schedule a 1-hour phone consultation. My steps include:
Discovery: Complete the questionnaire provided and possibly a DISC assessment. This helps me understand your accomplishments, skills and strengths. Once complete, we review the materials thoroughly during a phone consultation.
Build and Review: I write the first draft of your resume, capturing your key accomplishments and skills. The draft is shared for your review and I ask clients to return feedback within 48 hours whenever possible. When needed, another draft will be sent.
The resume is always the first tool complete. After the resume is nearly finalized, I will move to the cover letter, LinkedIn profile or other job search tools.
Branding: Once you have approved the language, I will add a light design touch to help your resume pop to your reader. All resumes will be designed to be ATS-compliant.
Closing Conversation: After the resume is complete, we schedule a short phone conversation to answer any final questions you have.
